Position Description: Our client, a transportation contracting company, is looking for a Supervisor for the Reservations Department. The Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Call Center Representatives (Reservations Agents) in daily call center activities for Access-a-Ride customers.
Required Qualifications:

As the supervisor of our call center in St. Louis, MO you will be responsible for a team of call center representatives. It is your responsibility to ensure that calls are processed efficiently and courteously.

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience required in a call center
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service mentality
