Engage: Employment is a module for managing job postings on your website and resume submittal. Engage: Employment allows HR departments or small businesses to effectively manage their job openings, locations, and requirements.

Using Engage: Employment administrators can create job postings, define job desired and required qualifications and review applicants. Job applicants are able to submit resumes through upload or email functionality. Additionally, applicants can submit the same resume for multiple positions (if desired) and build an advanced search for all available positions. These searches can be saved and reused in future searches.
