Engage: Locator gives you the power to be found. By giving you the control to manage your locations and add location-specific information you can make sure visitors to your site become visitors to your locations.

The intuitive user interface of Engage: Locator gives you the ability to easily manage your locations and directly interface with two of the World Wide Web’s most widely used mapping tools (Google Maps and Yahoo! Maps). Engage: Locator directly displays a mapped search result of your locations.

With Engage: Locator’s location types you are able to manage one master list of locations in your portal, while segmenting out locations to control the results of a user’s search.

We are using Engage: Locator to display Major League Baseball stadium locations. To give our demostration an international flare we included Old Trafford Stadium, home of Machester United. The Toronto Blue Jays are also included for our friends to the north, eh.

The module on the right is set to be a search module by default. The results of the search display on an interior page with full location details and mapping. The ability to separate the search from the display was heavily requested by our great user community.

The stadium information was input using a .csv file. As you review the product you can manually add locations.

We are displaying all locations types in our demo, but you can maintain one list of locations and separate out their display by chosing the type you wish to display for an instance of the module.
